Please allow up to 2 full business days for email inquiries. Emails received after 2 pm CST on Friday thru Sunday will be responded to on Monday, our next business day.
Please me mindful that Paisley Bloom is ran by a hard working Wife and Mama of 4 busy boys! I make all your shirts myself and I also need time to raise up these amazing young men. 
Our Business Hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm CST. We are closed on US Holidays. However orders on our site can be placed 24/7. 
 Current turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
 Please refrain from sending emails about turnaround time during the 4 weeks. Answering them slows down my product time. 
I try my best to get everything out as quickly as I possibly can but remember I do make each and every shirt by myself!  Turnaround time does not include shipping time (3-5 business days).
When checking out please make sure your shipping address is correct as all orders will be shipped to the address shown.
 If you provided an email at time of purchase you will get a notice when your order ships. Tracking will be sent to provided email. Please allow 3 to 5 days for shipping. Once shipped, Paisley Bloom is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS. 
We are not able to combine shipping on multiple orders placed, as all orders are shipped individually.
We carry lots of different brands and styles so there is no standard fit or size chart.  We try to attach a size chart to most listings. Please pay close attention to the sizes in your cart before you check out. If you have strong concerns about our sizing please make sure to ask in our VIP on Facebook group! Our PB Fam is amazing about answering questions about sizing and fit!
Returns and Exchanges: 
All sales are final and exchanges or returns are not accepted. Please take your time when ordering to make sure it is exactly what you want before you check out. All orders are made to order so what you order is exactly what I will make.
Order Changes:
 Please make sure to verify all items being purchased before checkout. Once your order is placed, all sales are final and no changes can be made. To be fair to all customers, no exceptions.
 All items are made to order. If you have sizing questions please join our Facebook VIP group to ask. Our PB Fam will help you out!

 Discount codes can not be added once an order has been placed. 
Discount codes are not valid after designated time no exceptions. Please be mindful of the discount shut off time. We are in CST.
 Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases. 
Only one discount may be used per transaction. Store credits cannot be combined with discounts. 
Garment Care:
Unless otherwise stated all of our designs are printed directly on your garment making them a part of the shirt. You'll notice the amazing quality! Make sure you machine wash, inside out, with a mild soap and air dry to keep it looking it's best! 
Terms of Use and Liability: 
Paisley Bloom will not be liable for any accidental occurrences. This includes our packaging as well as products.
Items are not meant to be worn as sleepwear and hoodies should be removed before sleep. 
Our Right to Cancel: 
Paisley Bloom has the right to cancel any order at anytime.
